Very well renovated accommodation, clean and quiet in a private residence 10 minutes from the city center of Saumur.
The bedding is a bit tight (fairly low bed and very soft mattress).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (bathtub) and the access path to reach the building requires a 150 m climb. we're doing our calves ;-).

Listing as per photos and description. The rooms are nice and the apartment is functional and well decorated. The host is very nice and quick to respond to any questions we may have.
The accommodation is located about 15 minutes from the city center, it's a fairly quick walk.

Sorry and surprised that you found the place dusty. Indeed, cleaning is done, immediately, after each guest's departure, completely: complete cleaning of all rooms, dust, floors are vacuumed and washed
