Namely: the apartment has 4 bedrooms with a common fully equipped kitchen, a large living room of 22m2 with a large balcony. If necessary, you can park your bike in the building’s premises. The space

This accommodation on the 4th floor is based on the principle of Colocation. There are a total of 4 bedrooms including 3 single and 1 double. One of the single rooms has a private shower. And the others have access to shared bathroom facilities. The 4 bedrooms of this property of 75m2 are dedicated to a visiting clientele staying there for a few days or weeks. In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
Please note : the following shared areas: toilet, kitchen, living room and balcony .The accommodation is very sunny (south exposure). It was completely renovated in 2020 and is fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave oven, very large refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and all the useful utensils for cooking.
